Sorry for the lack of Prophets and active on my part for the last three weeks. I hope you are all still out there and with us as we carry on.

Hogwarts has begun! If you are a student you can post for threads like: Hogwarts Express and The Opening Feast, if your a Professor you can post in the Opening Feast also.

You can still open/finish your summer holidays in the Wizarding World. Everyone is free to post at their homes, out and about, on holiday in the world somewhere, students can shop for supplies and Hogwarts Staff can get to the school early to get this ready for the start of the term.

Remember there's also the Quidditch World Cup Final that you can post in for those characters who like the sports. Professor positions are still open also.

New dates are in red.

18 July - Quidditch World Cup Final
25 August - Hogwarts Express
8 August - Opening Feast at Hogwarts
15 August - Lessons Begin

For those that don't know PotW and TotW stand for; Post of the Week and Thread of the Week. We are hoping for this feature to come soon. And when it does you will earn credits if your post or thread is of the week!

Congratulations To Weasley Twins


It was hard to chose a MotM for September, especially as it's now nearly over. This time we chose the top character who has the most posts but hasn't been given this award yet. Read below for their OOC Interview.

Mr Bee: What made you take on the Weasley twins?
Weasley Twins: The Weasley Twins are two of my favourite characters from the books and characters I have always wanted to play before now but have never had a chance. I do get the chance to play another one of my favourite characters on this forum.

Mr Bee: What are you looking forward to playing most that appears in the books?
Weasley Twins: One of the things that is coming this year that I am looking forward to is when Fred and George try a aging potion to get their names into the Goblet. I really loved that part in the films. I'm also just looking forward to getting them into trouble, trying out their inventions and annoying ickle Ronnie.

Mr Bee: Is there anything you would like to do that isn't in the books?
Weasley Twins: Yes, there are a couple things I have thought of. We never really did see the twins dating all that much or how they reaction around their girlfriends when they had one. So I'm looking forward to going into that part of their character and see who they could date, if that would be a canon character or a original one.

Mr Bee: Most of the Weasley's on this site have already been taken, who would you love to see taken on next?
Weasley Twins: Ginny. We had a Ginny for awhile but unfortunately she had to leave and I think we really need one as she is a fairly popular canon character, especially in the Weasley family. I would also love a Molly, that would be alot of fun to do threads with the twins getting into trouble. She is a great character. But it would be great to one day have all the Weasley's on here, I never thought we would get a Percy, especially so early on.

Mr Bee: Finally, what are you looking forward to that doesn't involve the twins?
Weasley Twins: The threads of Harry and what he has to do this year, especially with the Dragon, that will be interest to see how that is thread and if the person playing him will change much of the details or not. I'm also looking forward to see how all our original characters are going to fit in and what they are going to do around Hogwarts.
