Hogwarts has begun! If you are a student you can post for threads like: Hogwarts Express and The Opening Feast, if your a Professor you can post in the Opening Feast also.

You can still open/finish your summer holidays in the Wizarding World. Everyone is free to post at their homes, out and about, on holiday in the world somewhere, students can shop for supples and Hogwarts Staff can get to the school early to get this ready for the start of the term.

Remember there's also the Quidditch World Cup Final that you can post in for those characters who like the sports. Professor positions are still open also.

New dates are in red.

18 July - Quidditch World Cup Final
25 August - Hogwarts Express
8 August - Opening Feast at Hogwarts
15 August - Lessons Begin

PotW and TotW
For those that don't know PotW and TotW stand for; Post of the Week and Thread of the Week. We are hoping for this feature to come soon. And when it does you will earn credits if your post or thread is of the week!

Lets hear all about Evelyn Wenlock

Mr. Bee What made you become a Potions Maker?
Evelyn Well, it wasn't a life long goal of mine. Actually after school I just bounced around a lot, did a lot of odd jobs - mainly waitressing. Edward was probably the real force behind the switch, though I had actually wanted to settle into something a little more stable after my first child was born. He has always supported me in everything I do, even when he was just my professor, and it made the switch to a real professional job a little less scary

Mr. Bee This year another one of your children is going to Hogwarts. What house do you think he will or want him to get sorted into?
Evelyn Oh I would love a Gryffindor after losing his older sister to Ravenclaw - Edward's former house. However, I don't think he is and I wouldn't want him to get sorted into Gryffindor if he would be less happy then in, oh... I don't know Hufflepuff? Perhaps? That or I've raised another Ravenclaw.

Mr. Bee What do you think about the Triwizard Tournament happening at Hogwarts this year?
Evelyn Oh! I think it's brilliant. I know there is a lot of opposition from people because the student who died during the last one, but I can't help but think that Dumbledore will keep a tighter control over the Tournament than past headmasters. I wish the Hogwarts champion the best - when he or she is named, of course.

Mr. Bee Any plans the Wenlock's are making? More children? Change of career? Anything like that.
Evelyn Oh, while I am not looking forward to the youngest leaving and going to Hogwarts, I think three is the limit - we both came from families with three children, funny never realized that before, and it seems like a good number. As for anything else? No, I believe we are a bit stable and domestic - my worst fear as a teenager. But there has been a recent development that leads me to wonder how stable things will remain.

Mr. Bee You must of heard of the news of Sirius Black escaping last year, what are your thoughts on that?
Evelyn I knew him, back at school, and honestly if anyone could escape Azkaban it would be Br--ack, Black. I just hope that when this whole ordeal is over or forgotten that everyone will be safe and where they belong.
