Appearance David is not much of a power man. He in fact weighs at the maximum weight of one hundred seventy nine pounds. He holds his head up though for he has the utmost respect for his job. There is more to him than meets the eye though due to him having a slight scar of his face. One huge fact about David’s appearance is that he is one that always seems to he grinning.
He stands at the height of six foot four, and weighs about two hundred four pounds. He may be average build but what he lacks in strength he makes up for in his massive knowledge of charms, spells, and hexes. He does have a few scars though. One on his back from a duel that cut his ribs slightly and another very visible one of him having once wore a ring on his ring finger saying he was once married.

personality: David’s primary mode of living is focused externally, where he deal with things rationally and logically. His secondary mode is internal, where you take things in primarily via your intuition.
David is a natural born leader. He lives in a world of possibilities where he sees all sort challenges to be surmounted, and he wants to be the one responsible for surmounting them. He has a drive for leadership, which is well-served by his quickness to grasp complexities, his ability to absorb a large amount of impersonal information, and his quick and decisive judgments. He is a "take charge" person.
David is very career-focused, and fits into the corporate world quite naturally. He is constantly scanning his environment for potential problems which he can turn into solutions. He generally sees things from a long-range perspective, and is usually successful at identifying plans to turn problems around - especially problems of a corporate nature. David is usually successful in the business world, because he is so driven to leadership. He’s tireless in his efforts on the job, and is driven to visualize where an organization is headed. For these reasons, he is natural corporate leaders.
There is not much room for error in the world of David. He dislikes seeing mistakes repeated, and has no patience with inefficiency. He may become quite harsh when his patience is tried in these respects, because he is not naturally tuned in to people's feelings, and more than likely doesn't believe that he should tailor his judgments in consideration for people's feelings. David has difficulty seeing things from outside his own perspective. David naturally has little patience with people who do not see things the same way as he does. David needs to consciously work on recognizing the value of other people's opinions, as well as the value of being sensitive towards people's feelings. In the absence of his awareness, David will be forceful, intimidating and overbearing individual. This may be a real problem for David, who may be deprived of important information and collaboration from others. In his personal world, it can make David overbearing as spouses or parents.
David has a tremendous amount of personal power and presence which will work for him as a force towards achieving his goals. However, this personal power is also an agent of alienation and self-aggrandizement, which David would do well to avoid.
David is very forceful, decisive individuals. He makes decisions quickly, and is quick to verbalize his opinions and decisions to the rest of the world. David may have brilliant ideas and insight into situations, but he may have little skill at determining how to act upon his understanding, or his actions may be inconsistent. David has developed in a generally less than ideal way may become dictatorial and abrasive - intrusively giving orders and direction without a sound reason for doing so, and without consideration for the people involved, that is if he doesn’t keep himself in check.
David is not naturally tuned into other people's feelings, but he frequently has a very strong sentimental streak. Often these sentiments are very powerful to David, although he will likely hide it from general knowledge, believing the feelings to be a weakness. Because the world of feelings and values is not where David naturally functions, he may sometimes make value judgments and hold onto submerged emotions which are ill-founded and inappropriate, and will cause him problems - sometimes rather serious problems.
David loves to interact with people. He can be energized and stimulated primarily externally. There's nothing more enjoyable and satisfying to David than having a lively, challenging conversation. He especially respects people who are able to stand up to him, and argues persuasively for their point of view. There aren't too many people who will do so, however, because David has a very forceful and dynamic presence who has a tremendous amount of self-confidence and excellent verbal communication skills. Even the most confident individuals may experience moments of self-doubt when debating a point with David.
David puts a lot of effort and enthusiasm into his relationships. Since his major quest in life is to constantly take in knowledge and turn that into something useful, he will try to turn everything into a learning experience. Within the context of relationships, that means he will constantly seek knowledge and revise the rules and definitions of his relationships. He values his relationships highly, especially those relationships which present him with new challenges and stimulate his learning. Such exchanges promote genuine affection and satisfaction for David. Relationships which do not offer any chances for growth or learning does not hold any interest David. As in other areas of life, David likes to be in charge of his relationships. In conversation,David is very direct and confrontational, and can be highly critical and challenging towards others. People involved in close relationships with David needs to have a good amount of personal strength. For those who do, David has a tremendous amount to offer.
David is not naturally in-tune with the feelings and emotions of his partners. David sometimes does not make the attempt to be aware of others, and to value their feelings and opinions, and thus may find himself in unbalanced relationships, where real communication does not take place. These kinds of situations present a two-edged sword to David. They want to be in charge, but if he becomes so much in charge as to stifle his partners, he will eventually become bored with the relationship.
Romantically, David is robust, imaginative and enthusiastic. His natural instinct to lead will be apparent in this arena as well as other areas of life, and he will lead his partner on creative lovemaking adventures, where the focus is on mutual learning and affection sharing. He's likely to expect romance on a relatively scheduled basis.
David does not usually have a problem with self-confidence and is not especially emotionally needy. Although he enjoys being told that he is loved and appreciated, he doesn't need to hear these types of avowals as often as most other males. If he is partnered with a Feeling type female, he is probably not likely to fulfill his partner's needs for intimate words without conscious effort. Even with effort, David may have problems being aware of other's emotional needs, and he most likely won't understand those needs even if he is aware of them.
David approaches conflict as an opportunity for growth and learning. This is a very healthy outlook in general, but may be a problem in a close relationship with a his girlfriends. David’s tends to be confrontational may be very threatening to a person especially so if they are an intimate partner of the him. In general, David has a lot to offer to his intimate relationships. He's dedicated and enthusiastic, and willing to put forth a lot of effort to make things work out. He takes on responsibility and accountability, and expects to be in charge. His relationship will be one based on mutual respect, constant growth and development..

other important figures: Jason Val'Lauren, 30, Ministry Worker, Cousin, Pure.
Alice Ayers, 23, Professor at hogwarts, Ex-wife, Half-blood/pure-blood.
birth place: London, England
overall history:First Year: David's parents had always given their second child all he wanted never not giving him what he didn't want or need. He was a very much pampered child. When he was sent to Hogwarts his parents stopped pampering him and made him do all that he had to and needed to for himself saying he needed to learn how to do stuff on his own from now on.
Second year: In his second year David spent most of his time reading dark books about spells that could really harm others. He took a big liking into potions and defense against the dark arts because his father was an expert in the dark arts.
Third Year:Third year was one of David's best years as a student and his family. During the Christmas and thanksgiving break David was introduced into the Dark Lord and then integrated into the Death Eaters. For one odd reason he was easily accepted. Because it was rumored he had killed his brother with a potion, which is true but no one from the ministry of magic knows that.
Fourth Year: His fourth year was uneventful other then learning more dark and dangerous spells.
Fifth year: It was around now that David had learned many of his 'friends' despised him and didn't really care what and who he did as long as he gave them money for being his friend. Not really liking this he gave up on making friends with those types. It wasn't like he cared either way. What was being friends worth anyway?
During his sixth year David had made many older friends ones that agreed with him that the dark lord would one day rule the world. He was now always writing letters to his friends across england every weekend and then using his free time studying how to create his own spell. But, during the summer during a day when he tried using a spell he had created it backfired on him forcing him to go to St.Mungos for a few months disabling him from going to hogwarts hence why he is now entering Hogwarts during the middle of the year. Just christmas break, David discovered who had caused his mother's death. His father in anger for protecting a house elf cursed her so much with inner hatred that she died on the spot. Unable to take the pressure of having no mother or brother to support him David buckled under his stress and killed his father.
After his graduation he married his wife Juliette Wilkes. They were married for six years before David was arrested for links to Lord Voldemort. These were found to be false accusations though. One thing is known about him though Lucius Malfoy and him are very tight friends..

It was one of those rare moments in the in between that brought David to his current conclusion. The sun was bright in the sky, high and well far from the DuMarc Manor, speckled with but a few clouds and the winds warmed. The large tree in the Yard supported many scars from the years and served as a perfect back support while he rested. Okay, maybe he rested more often than was rare -but the thought process was! Rare, that is. Not that he didn't think, he thought a lot but it was the conclusion. No, wait, He rested more often because he had finally gotten rid of his problem.
He was watching the muggles in the streets, those that flittered around all the best and worst of their days. It reminded him of his first few years at Hogwarts. It wasn't anything more or less in that thought just that it was a thought. Musing, David scowled. Not that he didn't not think just that he didn't think deep thoughts if he could help it. Disgusting muggles. The lot of them, they were. Hmm, that was a thought -he thought. David thought of how swiftly they could be scared of a real wizard.
Sighing, he leaned back and felt the sun's rays warm his face. It really was a beautiful day and he had not a care in the world. Not even the disgusting muggles could take away from the loveliness of the day. Perhaps getting back to the party would be a good idea. He had been up against the tree for a long while now and he shouldn't be seen as lazy. Blinking his eyes back open, David looked at the yard with a fore-longed thought. Maybe after a drink. Relaxing was such thirsty work.
Standing, David got up and moved in the direction of the Party opening and then closing the door behind him softly.. Maybe he could distract himself longer there. A man could only hope. As he entered the room he looked about to see a vulgar display of Christopher and Rendetta in the building. He sighed to himself so maybe he wouldn’t have a chance to fully relax. But then he saw Bellatrix Black, she was in a very lovely dress and couldn’t help but smile at her as he walked toward her saying in his lightly accented voice, ”Bellatrix! It is good to see you came to the party.!” As he stopped in front of her, he took a hold of her hand and then placed a soft kiss on the center. “I have missed you Bella.”
It was then that he had noticed Giselle, ”I hope I didn’t interrupt you two’s conversation. If I did allow me to apologize to you two females.” He smiled lightly at them feeling a bit third wheel like. He then spoke lightly, ”Anyways I do hope you save me a dance Bella, and you to Giselle if you don’t mind that is.” His suit slightly matched his mood, dark and gloomy.
